Recycled raw material
Recycled resins: rPET, PET flake and recycled PP
We supply recycled resin to converters and brands in Mexico and the United States: rPET pellet in five grades, hot-washed PET flake by the container, and PCR and PIR recycled polypropylene formulated to each application. All of it with documented lot traceability.
- rPET pellet: five grades, from sheet to carbonated bottle
- FDA approved rPET: food grade under 21 CFR 177.1630, 100% post-consumer recycled (PCR), crystal only
- Resin samples for evaluation and process trials
- 100% post-consumer (PCR) hot-washed PET flake, sold by the full container
- Recycled PP, PCR and PIR, manufactured by us through our sister company P4P

Three families, three ways to buy
Each family answers a different need: pellet when you want to feed an injection or blowing line without further processing, flake when you pelletise or extrude in house, and recycled polypropylene when the part is not PET at all. Below, what each one is and where it fits.
rPET resin pellet
Five grades of post-consumer recycled PET, from sheet and strapping to carbonated soft drink preform, including food-grade resins and an ultra-clear grade. Invoiced by Envases y Algo Más.
See the familyHot-washed PET flake
We manufacture and distribute it ourselves: 100% post-consumer (PCR) hot-washed PET flake for converters that pelletise or extrude in house. Mostly clear, with a range of colours subject to availability. Sold by the full container, invoiced by Envases y Algo Más.
See the familyRecycled polypropylene resin
We manufacture it ourselves, we do not resell it: PCR and PIR recycled PP formulated to each customer's requirement, with a 10-tonne minimum order. Produced and invoiced by our sister company P4P (Plastics for People).
See the familyThe five rPET grades
Our rPET line is sold under Envases y Algo Más grade names. Pick by intrinsic viscosity and by whether the container touches food:
- AM rPET-68 — Recycled pellet without solid-state polymerisation (SSP), medium viscosity. IV 0.66 – 0.70 dl/g · Food grade
- AM rPET-80 — Solid-state polymerised (SSP) pellet for preform and bottle. IV 0.78 – 0.82 dl/g · Food grade
- AM rPET-84 — High-viscosity SSP pellet for containers with higher mechanical demands. IV 0.82 – 0.86 dl/g · Food grade
- AM rPET-78 UC — Ultra-clear SSP pellet, high light transmittance, without the usual rPET haze. IV 0.76 – 0.80 dl/g · Food grade
- AM rPET-78 LB — SSP pellet with a low-benzene and low-acetaldehyde profile, in crystal. IV 0.76 – 0.80 dl/g · Food grade

We manufacture the recycled PP ourselves
We do not resell the PCR and PIR recycled polypropylene resin: we manufacture it through P4P (Plastics for People), our sister company. It is formulated to each customer's end application, with a 10-tonne minimum order, and it is produced and invoiced by P4P.

The recycled resin we manufacture covers PET, PP and also recycled HDPE on a project basis; the PP and the HDPE are manufactured by P4P, our sister company.

Who buys resin from us
Plastic converters — injection, blow moulding, extrusion and thermoforming — and brands with a declared post-consumer recycled content target that need the resin and the paperwork to back the claim. The rPET pellet and the PET flake are quoted, invoiced and delivered by Envases y Algo Más, in pesos or US dollars. We export to the United States — truckload and consolidated freight out of our Monterrey warehouse, about 230 km from Laredo.

What we need to quote
- Material and family: rPET pellet, PET flake or recycled PP.
- Grade or target intrinsic viscosity, if you already know it.
- Estimated monthly or annual volume.
- End application and whether it touches food.
- Clarity requirement and destination (the rPET line is crystal only).
Resin samples
We do send resin samples. Request a sample for evaluation and process trials on your own line before committing volume: run it on your equipment, under your conditions, and we quote on that result.
Ask for one from the resin quote form, telling us the grade you want to trial.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between PCR and PIR content?
PCR (post-consumer recycled) is material that already was a product in a consumer's hands — a used bottle, for example — and came back through the recycling stream. PIR (post-industrial recycled) is factory scrap and trim that never reached a consumer. Both displace virgin resin, but only PCR backs post-consumer recycled content claims; our rPET line and our recycled PP line both include PCR options.
What is the difference between PET flake and PET pellet?
Flake is the washed, ground bottle before pelletising: it is the raw material for converters running their own pelletising or extrusion line, and it is sold by the full container. Pellet is that flake already melted, filtered at 60 microns and cut into uniform resin, ready to feed an injection, blow moulding or extrusion line with no further processing.
Which applications fit each intrinsic viscosity (IV) range?
Mid IV (0.66–0.70 dl/g) runs sheet extrusion, thermoforming, strapping and fibre, where preform-level strength is not required. IV of 0.76–0.82 dl/g is the preform and bottle range, including food-contact applications. High IV (0.82–0.86 dl/g) goes into pressure or thin-wall containers such as carbonated soft drink and purified water bottles.
Can rPET be invoiced and delivered in Mexico?
Yes. Envases y Algo Más quotes, invoices and delivers the rPET pellet — in pesos or US dollars — from any of our six warehouses or to your door anywhere in Mexico. We also export to the United States out of our Monterrey warehouse, roughly 230 km from Laredo.
Do you manufacture the resin or just resell it?
We manufacture the PCR and PIR recycled polypropylene resin ourselves through P4P (Plastics for People), our sister company: it is formulated to each customer's requirement, with a 10-tonne minimum order, and produced and invoiced by P4P. The PET flake is manufactured and distributed by Envases y Algo Más, with part of the volume covered through our supplier network to sustain recurring demand; the rPET pellet is quoted, invoiced and delivered by Envases y Algo Más.
Is PET flake only available in clear?
No. The flake is 100% post-consumer (PCR) and clear is the most common, but a range of colours is available subject to availability; colour is confirmed when we quote against the material available for your volume. The rPET resin pellet, by contrast, is offered in crystal only.
Do you handle materials other than PET and PP?
Yes. Beyond PET and PP, our main lines, we manufacture recycled HDPE resin on a project basis: it is manufactured and invoiced by P4P (Plastics for People), our sister company, exactly like recycled PP. It is formulated to the customer's requirement and end application; it is not a catalogue material, it is assessed case by case, against volume and the properties required.
Do you export resin to the United States?
Yes. We serve converters in Mexico and in the United States, and we handle US-bound orders both ways: we arrange the freight, or you collect at any of our warehouses. Our Monterrey warehouse sits about 230 km from Laredo, which makes the crossing straightforward. Technical data sheets are available in English and we can invoice in US dollars.
Can I request a sample?
Yes. We send resin samples for evaluation and process trials: run the material on your own line, with your drying and cycle conditions, before committing volume. Request a sample through the resin quote form and tell us which grade you want to trial.
