Filling, assembly and labeling

Assembly covers the whole process: filling the container, fitting the closure, labeling and retail-ready secondary packaging. Each stage can be contracted separately, but the real value shows when they run together, without moving product between suppliers.

We assemble caps, trigger sprayers, pumps and droppers, including the right closing torque for each neck finish. This is where improvised assembly causes the most trouble: an under-tightened cap opens in transit, an over-tightened one jams on the shelf.

Promotional kits and multi-piece sets

We build kits and sets that combine several pieces into a single pack: container, closure, fitment, accessory and printed material. This is the typical format for launches, seasonal lines and gift-with-purchase, where counting and arrangement matter as much as the product itself.

Secondary packaging and logistics

Secondary packaging and shrink wrapping are defined by how the product travels and how it is displayed. A point-of-sale display is not built like a master case bound for a distribution center.

We close the loop with logistics: delivery to distribution centers with the palletizing, case labeling and paperwork each chain requires, in a single consolidated shipment.
