From idea to mold

A new container starts with a decision that is almost never aesthetic: what product goes inside, how it is filled, how it travels and how long it must hold up on the shelf. From there we define geometry, real capacity and neck finish.

Before cutting a mold we check whether something in the catalogue already solves the case. An existing model delivers volume next week; a new mold is justified when the difference is genuinely about the product, not about taste.

Material, color and finish

Material is chosen for chemical compatibility and barrier, not for cost in isolation: PET for clarity and water-based product, HDPE for chemicals and detergents, PP for heat and tight closure. Color, opacity and finish — gloss, matte or textured — are defined on top of that.

Prototyping and production start-up

The prototype exists to test the container with real product before committing volume: filling, closing, stacking and transport. It is the cheapest stage at which to find a problem.

Once the prototype is approved the mold is manufactured and we accompany the production start-up, including the first runs and the fine-tuning of the part.
